Maybe they brag about how much they know but won’t answer a simple question on grounds that they don’t need to explain basic concepts to a “supposed” expert? Then they decide to terminate the relationship because you call them on their bullsh*t – but only after throwing a tantrum by hanging up on the call they requested?

These types of business owners suck. They’re toxic. They aren’t advancing “the Cyber”. They’re only preying on others who are not privy to the technical jargon they are throwing around and taking advantage of those who sought them out for help.
