Like food stamps, for clients

Look. We are all about getting the best bang for our buck. It is the way our economy works. You buy a thing, you sell a thing for a profit. Sometimes you sell it with service for more of a profit.

BUT… sometimes, you get those clients who want a Jaguar, outline the requirements as a Jaguar, hype up the need for a Jaguar, but when it comes to sign, they have the cash for a Festiva; a used Festiva.

These guys are usually chronic when it comes to this behavior. It isn’t a one time thing, it is the quarterly call. “Hey, I got the money for a Jaguar…” and so you talk to them. You help them out. Spend days working through what they need. Get them the quotes. Outline the scope of work. And at the end of the day, they again just want the Festiva.

So this is for those clients. (Or maybe your boss or organization).
