Seriously though. Sometimes you have these partners that expect you to be available 24×7, but then won’t pick up the phone when you call them, reply to an email, or provide information when you submit a RFI.
Even worse, they fail to communicate huge change requests in year long projects until moments before go live, or after.
Then, when you and your team bend over backwards and go all in to ensure a smooth launch, they give the all clear on all the change requests, last minute updates, and infrastructure changes during the week – only to call in a panic on a Saturday afternoon wanting more changes because their plan not only worked as designed, but their plan is not what they wanted.
