The right tools for the job

We aren’t perfect. But we are pretty good at what we do. When you come to us and ask us for our help with your problem, we generally expect some bit of cooperation.

We had a client who demanded their $6,000 TV they purchased from Best Buy worked wireless out of the box for presentations. The issue was, the TV did not have a WiFi adapter. When we suggested a few different options for wireless connectivity, she balked and demanded we make it work.

Without wireless connectivity.

“But I spent $6,000 on it!”

It doesn’t have wireless.

Needless to say, the client felt we were too incompetent to complete the job so they had their kid finish it for them. (They’re out of business now)
