We do silly things too

Being in our industry, you get a nonstop influx of silly stories and anecdotes about other people who can’t seem to get out of their own way. We aren’t immune from the shenanigans! We do silly things too; but mostly behind closed doors, in our dungeon, with our neck-beards! MOM!

I digress.

We recently had a device that needed to be shipped back to the manufacturer. The technician on site asked for instructions on how to send it back. Based on our knowledge, we believed the RMA label to be in the box. However, other than the replacement device, there was nothing in the box.

After contacting tech support and requesting a new RMA label, we found the label attached to the outside of the box.

We just wish they’d make these things easier to find.
